Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing selected at signup. Our flexible credit system allows you to purchase additional credits for messaging, AI processing, and workflow executions. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to send spam, violate messaging regulations, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that could harm the service or other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXSIR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
